Space Soup Mix

Full name of the product: Space Soup Mix
You will need: 300 g boneless chicken
Method of Cooking: Simmering in a pot
Ingredients: Fancy macaroni products (durum wheat flour, drinking water, tomato powder, spinach powder), dried vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onions, paprika, parsnip), sea salt, dried herbs (dill, parsley)
Directions:
 | Step 1. Ground meat in a meat grinder. |
 | Step 2. Make at least 15 small meatballs of your ground meat. |
 | Step 3. Pour 1.5 l of cold water into a pot and bring it to a boil. Add no salt! |
 | Step 4. Gently place the meatballs unto the soup, cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, skimming the foam occasionally. |
 | Step 5. Add the Space Soup Mix, mix well, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
You may also use boneless turkey instead of boneless chicken.
