Required ingredients: Spaghetti, pork neck
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients: Sea salt, egg powder, garlic, onion, demineralized whey powder, black pepper, potato starch, yeast extract, carrots, parsley.
You will need:
- 250 g spaghetti
- 150 g smoked pork neck
- 200 ml cream 10%
Directions:
Step 1. Cook spaghetti in a pot according to package directions. Add no salt! | |
Step 2. Combine 200 ml of warm cream with the Spaghetti Carbonara Seasoning Mix and mix well. | |
Step 3. Cut the pork neck into fine sticks and fry them over in a deep skillet with a small amount of vegetable oil for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. | |
Step 4. Strain the spaghetti. Right after that put the spaghetti into the skillet with the fried pork neck and mix well. | |
Step 5. Add the cream sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and mix well. |
You may use any other pork deli meat instead of neck and any other hard cheese instead of parmesan.
