Required ingredient: Potato

Method of Cooking:: Roasting in the multicooker/oven

Ingredients: Sea salt, premium flour, onions, carrots, garlic, parsnip, yeast extract, black pepper, shambhala, paprika, parsley, marjoram, oregano.

You will need:

  • 1 kg potato
  • 300 g frozen wild mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 150 g sour cream 15%

Directions:

Multicooker:

Step 1. Defrost the mushrooms and drain the excess water. Dice the potatoes and cut the onion into thin slices.
Step 2. Combine 150 g of sour cream and 100 ml of room temperature water with Spicy Mushroom Potato Seasoning Mix and mix well.
Step 3. Put 20 g of butter, onion, mushrooms, and potatoes into the multicooker, add the sauce you have made, and cook in Stewing mode for 50 to 60 minutes. When the dish is ready, sprinkle it with grated hard cheese.

Oven:

Step 1, 2. Make steps 1 and 2 as described above.
Step 3. Grease a deep baking pan with butter, spread the onion, mushrooms, and potatoes layer by layer and add the sauce.
Step 4.  Put the baking pan into the oven preheated to 190°С and roast for 70 minutes until ready. Sprinkle the dish with grated hard cheese 5 to 7 minutes before it is ready.

For the best results, use porcini or other edible wild mushrooms.
