French Style Meat Seasoning Mix

Full name of the product: French Style Meat Seasoning Mix
Required ingredient: Lean pork
Method of Cooking: Roasting for 70 minutes.
Ingredients: Sea salt, maltodextrin, black pepper, sugar, yeast extract, garlic, onions, carrots, parsnips, paprika, parsley, dill, acidity regulator (citric acid).
You will need:
- 700 g lean pork
- 400 g potato
- 100 g hard cheese
- 1 onion
Directions:
 | Step 1. Cut the meat into pieces and beat them off thoroughly on both sides. Slice potatoes into round slices. |
 | Step 2. Combine 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil with French Style Meat Seasoning Mix and spread a half of this sauce in the bottom of a baking pan |
 | Step 3. Top the sauce with a layer of onion, then a layer of meat and brush it with the sauce. Top with a layer of potatoes and brush it with the remaining sauce. |
 | Step 4. Place the pan into the oven preheated to 200°С and braise for 60 to 70 minutes. |
 | Step 5. Sprinkle the dish with grated hard cheese 5 to 7 minutes before it is ready. |
