Full name of the product: Black Peppercorn
This is a classic and most famous spice and the fruit of a woody vine that can reach a height of 6 m. Black pepper fruits (or peppercorns) are about 3 to 5 mm in diameter and contain a great amount of essential oil, starch, and sugars. They are made from unripe berries that become darker in the process of drying. The harder, darker and heavier the fruits, the better is the pepper.

Uses:
- Cooking: Black pepper may be used in any salt-containing food including soups, gravies, sauces or vegetable salads, any dishes made of meat, eggs, cheese, tomatoes or fish, and many other recipes.
- Canning: Marinades, seasoning mixes, sauces, cabbage fermentation.
