Kvass is a non-alcoholic (or rather nano-alcoholic as it contains 0.1 to 1.2% of alcohol) national Russian drink. Kvass helps to stimulate appetite and boost energy as well as to mitigate fatigue and get strength after intensive physical activities. Directions:

	Step 1. Dissolve the content of the package in 3 liters of warm (30 to 35°C) boiled water and mix well.
	Step 2. Cover with a tissue and leave at room temperature for at least 24 hours.
	Step 3. Filter kvass (use a buttercloth for the best results) into another 3-liter jar. When you filter kvass, yeast cells settle on the fibers of the buttercloth, and fermentation practically stops in the filtered kvass.
	Step 4. Close the jar tightly and place it in the fridge. The tighter the cap, the “stronger” the kvass will taste. When the kvass cools down, it is ready to drink. Shelf life and storage conditions of the kvass made from Trapeza Dry Kvass Mix are the same as those of any other nature “live” or draught kvass.
