An original dry mix for making hot spicy, creamy white sauces and gravies for meatballs, chops, stuffed cabbage leaves, dumplings, and stewed vegetables fast and easy (in just 5 minutes). Use to make a sauce with water, milk, cream or unsalted meat broth or add to meat in the process of cooking 3 to 5 minutes before the dish is ready to get an appetizing gravy. The sauce is best when served hot.
Ingredients: Premium wheat flour, vegetable cooking cream, salt, maltodextrin, modified potato starch, sugar, yeast extract, vegetables (carrots, onions, garlic, leeks), dill, parsley, black pepper, coloring (titanium dioxide) and flavors (Chicken, Bacon, Cream). Non-GMO! The product may contain traces of soy beans or celery.
Directions (makes 3 or 4 servings):
- Combine the content of the package (40 g) with 100 ml of water in a skillet or a pan and mix until you get a uniform mass.
- Add 100 ml of hot water and mix well to a proper consistency.
- Bring the mix to a boil, stirring occasionally, or add as a gravy to your dish in the process
of cooking and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. If needed, add some more water to get a desired consistency.
