Agar-Agar is a natural plant-based alternative to gelatin made of seaweed. It is used for cooking marmalade, marshmallow, jelly, souffle, and meat or fish aspic as well as for dietary products. Gelling power of agar-Agar is almost 5 times higher than that of the traditional gelatin.
Ingredients: Jellying agent (nutritional agar), glucose.
Method of Cooking:
Combine 500 ml of liquid (syrup, fruit juice or broth) with the content of the package and set aside for some time. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour the mixture into forms, add the remaining ingredients of your dish, and allow to cool to room temperature.
Note: Take more liquid to make your dish softer and vice versa.
