Full name of the product: Vanilla Sugar

Vanilla Sugar contains less vanillin and thus is easier to dose. That is just a mix of crystalline vanillin with sugar. In such a mix, vanillin smells intensely even at room temperature. Such vanilla mix is more effective than crystalline vanillin, as it is less concentrated and dissolved in water easier. But in case of storing open for a long time, vanilla flavor may fade.
