Mushroom & Fried Onion Sauce: Hot Gravy Mix

Full name of the product: Mushroom & Fried Onion Sauce Mix

An original mix for making hot mushroom sauces and gravies fast and easy (in just 5 minutes). Use it to make a sauce for potato, vegetables, pasta, chops or add to your dish as a gravy 3 to 5 minutes before it is ready. A sauce or gravy made from this mix is best when served hot.

Ingredients: мука Premium wheat flour, vegetable cooking cream, salt, maltodextrin, modified starch, sugar, yeast extract, dried champignon mushrooms, vegetables and herbs (garlic, onion, dill, parsley), black pepper, natural colorings (caramel color) and flavors (Mushrooms, Onions) Non-GMO! The blend may contain traces of soy beans or celery.

Directions (makes 3 or 4 servings):

1. Combine the content of the package (40 g) with 100 ml of water in a skillet or a pan and mix until you get a uniform mass.
2. Add 100 ml of hot water and mix well to a proper consistency.
3. Bring the mix to a boil, stirring occasionally, or add as a gravy to your dish in the process
   of cooking and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. If needed, add some more water to get a desired consistency.
