Buckwheat & Vegetable Soup Mix

Full name of the product: Buckwheat & Vegetable Soup Mix
You will need: 600 g boneless chicken, 1 chicken egg
Method of Cooking: Simmering in a pot
Ingredients: Buckwheat, dried vegetables (potatoes, onions, carrots, porcini mushrooms, garlic, parsnips, paprika), sea salt, dried herbs (parsley, marjoram, thyme), black pepper
Directions:
Step 1.Put the chicken into a suitable pot, add 2.5 l of cold water, bring to a boil, cover and simmer over low heat for 60 to 70 minutes, skimming the foam occasionally. Add no salt! | |
Step 2. Take the chicken out of the pot, remove bones and chop into small chunks. Strain the broth. | |
Step 3. Return the strained broth to the pot, add the chopped chicken and the Buckwheat & Vegetable Soup Mix and mix well. | |
Step 4. Bring to a boil, cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. | |
Step 5. Beat the egg. In the end of cooking, pour the beaten egg into the pot in a thin stream while stirring the soup. |
You may use lean pork instead of chicken.
To make the soup vegetarian, take 2 liters of water instead of the meat broth.
