Full name of the product: Instant Yeast
Description: Yeast is used as a leavening agent for getting soft and spongy texture of the baked products, as carbon dioxide that is formed in the process, makes the dough porous and increases its volume. Dry yeast has a form of capsules with live yeast cells.
Uses: Before the use, instant dry yeast shall be activated by putting them into warm water or milk (30 to 40оC) for 10 to 15 minutes. A single dose is about 10 grams per 1 kg of flour.
