Thanks to the modern methods of dehydration, garlic is available in dry forms such as flakes, granules, and powder. Garlic contains an essential oil with a specific bad odor. Garlic is rich in phytoncides and bactericidal substances and contains iodine, polysaccharides and vitamins B1 and C.
