Popcorn is very popular amoung both adults and kids. You will really enjoy the original taste of this crunchy snack. Popcorn is made of the kernels of special varieties of corn that expand and puff up when heated.

Methods of Cooking:

In a frying pan: Add a thin layer of vegetable oil in a deep thick walled frying pan. Heat the pan to 280оC and spread the kernels in a single layer. Immediately cover and cook till the popcorn stops popping (3 to 5 minutes).

In the microvawe oven: Н Put the kernels into a deep bowl that is safe for microwave use. Cover with a lid, put into the microwave oven and turn heating on. Cook till the popcorn stops popping (3 to 5 minutes).
Put the popcorn into a deep bowl, add either salt and herbs or sugar powder to taste, and mix well. One pack (100 g kernels) makes about 1.5 l of popcorn.
