Ingredients: Basil, ginger, coriander, sesame seeds, turmeric, onion, ground paprika, red pepper, black pepper, parsley, garlic, shambhala.

Uses: Stir it in marinades and crumbs before roasting poultry or add 5 to 7 minutes before the end of cooking. Dose to taste.
