Method of Cooking: Stewing for 25 minutes
Ingredients: Sea salt, garlic, carrots, onions, paprika, parsnips, yeast extract, black pepper, parsley
You will need:
- 2 eggplants
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
Directions:
 | Step 1. Slice the eggplants into round slices and boil them in slightly salted water for 3 to 5 minutes. |
 | Step 2. Cut the onion into half rings, bell pepper into strips, and tomatoes into wedges. |
 | Step 3. Combine 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil with the Vegetable Stew Seasoning Mix and mix well. |
 | Step 4. Pour the sauce into a deep skillet, add the vegetables, cover and stew over medium heat, stirring occasionally. |
 | Step 5. Strain the eggplants. Add them to the skillet and continue to stew for another 20 minutes. |
