Full name of the product: Citric Acid, top grade
Citric acid (E330) is found naturally in lemon and several other fruits and berries. Commercially it is produced by fermenting sugar. Juice of one lemon is 5 grams of citric acid.
Usage: Citric Acid is used for canning (about 1 tsp per 1 liter of water) and for making confectionery products, jellies, jams, and drinks.
