CONFECTIONERY VANILLIN is a white crystalline powder that adds vanilla taste and flavor to food and drinks, especially after thermal conditioning.

Ingredients: White sugar, flavoring (Vanillin).

Specifics: Undissolved crystals of vanillin can make the food bitter! Thus it is advised to dissolve them first. Adjust the amount to taste, about 2 grams of vanillin per 4 to 10 kg of the cooked dish.

ALLERGY WARNING! This product may contain traces of mustard, celery, sesame, wheat flour (gluten), milk, egg and soy proteins. “Traces” or “insignificant amounts” of these substances may be mentioned on the packaging in accordance with Technical Regulations of the Customs Union 022 on Food Product Labeling.

Uses: It is advised to dissolve vanillin in warm water (at a ratio of 1 to 20) before adding to the dish. You may also add vanillin to flour before making a dough (not more than 2 grams per 2 kg of flour). Avoid sprinkling pastries with vanillin, make vanilla sugar instead: Dissolve vanillin in water (1:2), stir in sugar powder (1:10) and mix well.
