Required ingredient: Chicken
Method of Cooking: Roasting for 80 minutes
Ingredients: Sea salt, garlic, paprika, onion, sugar, carrots, yeast extract, black pepper, parsnips, parsley, allspice, turmeric.
You will need:
- 800 g chicken thighs
- 600 g potato
- 1 carrot
Directions:
Step 1. Combine 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil with Pot Roast with Potatoes & Vegetables Seasoning Mix and grease a baking pan with a half of this sauce. | |
Step 2. Cut potatoes into medium chunks and carrot into small chunks. Spread the chicken and vegetables on the prepared pan. | |
Step 3. Brush the chicken and vegetables with the remaining sauce. | |
Step 4. Place the pan into the oven preheated to 180°С and braise for 20 minutes. | |
Step 5. Pour 100 ml of boiled water into the pan and braise for 60 minutes more, stirring occasionally with the sauce that appears in the pan. |
