Of all the methods of storage, drying is the most ancient, most widely used in the present time, and the one that preserves most vitamins. Dried pieces of sweet bell peppers are easy to use for quick cooking of various dishes. The best way to focus attention on the large and bright pieces of paprika is to serve them on rice or pasta.

Ingredients: Paprika flakes. No salt, no additives!

Usage: The mix consists of pieces of paprika of various colors — red, green, and yellow. Paprika is a species of pepper. It has a pleasant, mild, sweetish flavor and medium spiciness. Multicolored pieces of paprika will embellish any dish. The mix goes well with meat, especially pork or chicken, vegetables, tomatoes, cabbages, cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, fish, and seafood. Paprika is typically added to goulash, chili, sauces, salads, stuffed eggs, rice, and dishes made from ground meat. Stir the blend in 7 to 10 minutes before the end of cooking. Use the whole content of the package at once; otherwise place the remains into an airtight container or fold the opening tightly to preserve the aroma.
