Method of Cooking: Stewing in a deep skillet for 40 minutes
Ingredients: Sea salt, premium flour, onions, carrots, garlic, yeast extract, tomatoes, mustard, black pepper, parsnip root, porcini mushrooms, coriander, shambhala, marjoram, oregano
You will need:
- 400 g lean beef
- 350 ml cream 10%
- 1 onion
Directions:
 | Step 1. Cut the meat across the grain into thin strips and the onion into thin slices. |
 | Step 2. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a skillet, add the meat and onion, and cook over high heat for 5 minutes. |
 | Step 3. Combine 350 ml of cream with the Spicy Beef Stroganoff Seasoning Mix and mix well. |
 | Step 4. Pour the sauce you have made over the meat. |
 | Step 5. Bring to a boil, cover the skillet with a lid and simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
If you use pork, decrease the stewing time to 30 minutes and the amount of cream to 350 ml.
