Cheese Sauce with Garlic: Hot Gravy Mix

Full name of the product: Cheese Sauce with Garlic

An original mix for making hot savory sauces and gravies with cheese and garlic flavor fast and easy (in just 5 minutes). Sauces may be made from water, milk, cream or unsalted meat broth. Use the mix to make a sauce for pasta, meatballs, fried potato, and vegetables or add to your dish as a gravy 3 to 5 minutes before it is ready. The sauce is best when served hot.

Ingredients: Premium wheat flour, vegetable cooking cream, salt, maltodextrin, modified starch, sugar, yeast extract, vegetables (onions, garlic), herbs (parsley, dill), black pepper, natural colorings (Beta-Carotene) and flavors (Cheese and Ham). The blend may contain trace amounts of soybeans, celery, sesame, and mustard.

Directions (makes 3 or 4 servings):

1. Combine the content of the package (40 g) with 100 ml of water in a skillet or a pan and mix until you get a uniform mass.
2. Add 100 ml of hot water and mix well to a proper consistency.
3. Bring the mix to a boil, stirring occasionally, or add as a gravy to your dish in the process
   of cooking and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. If needed, add some more water to get a desired consistency.
