Required ingredients: Ground meat
Method of Cooking: Stewing in a deep skillet for 35 minutes
Ingredients: Bread crumbs (wheat flour, yeast, salt), sea salt, onions, garlic, carrots, premium flour, yeast extract, black pepper
You will need:
- 500 g ground meat
- 100 g medium-grain rice
- 150 g sour cream 15%
- 70 g tomato paste
Directions:
 | Step 1. Cook 100 g of rice in salted water until tender but still undercooked. |
 | Step 2. Combine 100 ml of warm water with 1/2 package of the Seasoning Mix, mix well and set aside for 5 minutes. |
 | Step 3. Combine the mixture with 500 g of ground meat and the cooked rice, mix well, and make medium-sized meatballs. |
 | Step 4. Combine 150 g of sour cream, 70 g of tomato paste and 500 ml of water with the remaining 1/2 package of the Seasoning Mix and mix well. |
 | Step 5. Pour 1 tablespoon vegetable oil into a skillet, spread meatballs evenly, and pour them with the sauce you have made earlier. Cover the skillet with the lid and simmer over medium heat for 35 minutes, turning meatballs over occasionally. |
