Trapeza PRO is a series of spices, herbs, and baking ingredients in large 0.5liter containers for professional chefs. Transparent jars let you see the quality of the content.

SUGAR POWDER is a white powder made by grinding sugar.

Specifics: Sugar powder is finely ground and sieved. Airtight jar protects it from moisture, caking, and lump formation.

Ingredients: White beet sugar of TC2 category, maltodextrin as anti-caking agent (no more than 2%). To prevent lump formation, we add small amounts of anti-caking agents such as maltodextrin, sweetish white powder that is produced from starches.

ALLERGY WARNING: This product may contain traces of mustard, celery, sesame, wheat flour (gluten), milk, egg and soy proteins. “Traces” or “insignificant amounts” of these substances may be mentioned on the packaging in accordance with Technical Regulations of the Customs Union 022 on Food Product Labeling.

Recommendations: Use for confectionary products, to make frosting or as a sweet sprinkling.
