Trapeza PRO is a series of spices, herbs, and baking ingredients in large 0.5-liter containers for professional chefs. Transparent jars let you see the quality of the content.
Ingredients: Salt, coriander, red pepper, paprika, utskho suneli, garlic, tomatoes, dill, potato starch. The mix is ready for use, no added salt is required! Small amount of potato starch was added to prevent lump formation and to ensure pasty consistency.
ALLERGY WARNING: This product may contain traces of mustard, celery, sesame, wheat flour (gluten), milk, egg and soy proteins. “Traces” or “insignificant amounts” of these substances may be mentioned on the packaging in accordance with Technical Regulations of the Customs Union 022 on Food Product Labeling.
Suggested Uses: Use dry as an all-purpose seasoning blend for cooking meat, fish, poultry, soups, sauces, pasta, vegetables, etc. Stir it in 5 to 7 minutes before the end of cooking or add before roasting, taking 1 teaspoon of the blend per 1 kg of the food. To make Adjika sauce, combine 25 grams of the blend with ½ teaspoon of vinegar 6% acidity, 50 grams of water, and some vegetable oil, mix well, put into an airtight jar and set aside for at least 24 hours.
